Selling a Business is Harder.

We make sure you are ready—while also ensuring your business is ready.

The M&A Reality

The M&A Reality No One Talks About

Most owners are unprepared for the moment that matters most.

Building a business is demanding. It requires vision, execution, and resilience.

But selling a business introduces an entirely different level of complexity. The pressure is higher. The stakes are higher. The expectations are higher.

And most leaders approach that moment underprepared—not because they lack capability, but because they have never been coached for it.

01

No coaching for the mental pressure

02

No framework for the process

03

No community for the journey

04

No structured path forward

The complete advantage

Some advisors help you sell. Some coaches help you grow. We do both because the transaction and the leader are more intertwined than you realize.

  • Leadership Coaching

    Community of like-minded Leaders

Forums for the discussions that don't belong in a Slack thread. You operate alongside founders, CEOs, Corp Devs and CFOs who have sold, scaled, and held the line when markets went ugly.

  • M&A Advisory

    Sell-side experience

Early alignment with M&A experts that work with companies ranging from $5m to $500m.

  • Leadership Coaching

    Resilience that transfers

Adventure-tested and boardroom-proven. The mental conditioning RSLNT develops is the same edge that separates disciplined operators from reactive ones at the negotiating table.

  • M&A Advisory

    Preparation that proves out

Approximately 50% of M&A transactions fail during the process. Get ahead so you and your business are ready when the process starts.

  • Leadership Coaching

    Leadership under pressure

RSLNT builds founders who can hold their line when the stakes are highest. Structured frameworks, peer accountability, and coaching forged through real-world adversity—not through a conference room exercise.

  • M&A Advisory

    Exclusive network

Opportunities to align with other founders, CEOs, Corp Devs and CFOs where built trust and community delivers incredible insights and relationships.

FAQ

Common questions

How does the RSLNT Coaching and The Banah Group Program work?

RSLNT coaching includes an initial assessment with a 1:1 coaching review, weekly leadership, physical and mental/spiritual coaching, and group sessions with Banah and 8–10 other CEOs discussing M&A best practices, leadership, and more.

If I go forward with this program, will my business definitely sell?

No, that is never a promise that can be made. However, you will receive recommended best practices with others in similar stages to prepare. And should you want to start a formal process, we can help you with that as well (additional contract).

Should I just keep going at this on my own?

Our strong recommendation is no! Even the best leaders in the world build their expertise with others like them who are going through similar things now or have been through them before.

I don't like doing hard things.

Then this isn't for you. We believe running a business is hard and selling a business is even harder. This builds the resilience needed to be successful in those events as well.

I'm already a busy CEO — will this be a huge time suck?

The prep will be a few workouts a week and maybe 30–60 minutes of business and mental coaching per week. And these are recommendations — not strict guidelines. Our goal is to get you ready for what you go through in business, in a sale, and in life.

How do the adventures work?

The adventures are amazing opportunities to put your leadership, physical, and spiritual training into practice. These are optional, but most leaders select an adventure with the community that has been built. There are multiple difficulty levels based on your goals and preference.

RSLNT Leadership × The Banah Group

Leadership readiness meets transaction readiness

RSLNT Leadership

From one African expedition to a waiting list.

RSLNT began unconventionally when Paul Wiley's wife lovingly suggested he do an adventure trip with others—so he gathered executive friends, boarded a plane to Africa, and returned with a shared experience they would reference for years.

For Paul and his friends, that single trip sparked honest peer conversation and leadership breakthroughs of a kind you rarely get in a conference room. The group did not want it to end. They kept meeting weekly—to reflect, challenge one another, and grow.

Word spread. More leaders wanted in. What began among friends became RSLNT: a leadership community known for genuine transformation with a waiting list to join.
